Beyond client experiences, every ETHOS team member participates in quarterly volunteering projects, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to meaningful impact.

The Passion Project Initiative is guided by ETHOS’ marketing and giving department, led by Raquel Santo, with a focus on deepening community connections and expanding the program’s reach across all markets. This leadership ensures that every activation reflects ETHOS’ purpose-driven values and creates measurable results for both clients and communities.

ETHOS Event Collective maintains a formal pledge to give back 1% of program profits each year to the nonprofit partners supported through its initiatives. This financial commitment extends the impact of each event beyond the experience itself, ensuring that every program contributes to lasting community benefit.
