Day 1

GENERAL SESSION: ORLANDO MAGIC BEAT DRUMLINE ENTRANCE

Surprise guests with the Orlando Magic Beatz Drumline! As guests get ready for their general session for the day, the drum line will enter playing instruments a few songs to entertain and set the tone. They can play songs of your company’s choice and curate this moment directly to your company! A one-of-a-kind experience that your guests will remember.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: CINDY NOVOTNY

Engage guests during the general session with an engaging speaker, Cindy Novotny, who has been branded the “Radical Mentor” by thousands of executives around the world for her straight forward and no nonsense approach to leadership. She is recognized as one of the most powerful and innovative speakers and travels the world speaking to audiences that range from line employees to high level executives. Guests will leave her presentation feeling motivated, enthusiastic and ready to take on any challenge.

THEME EVENT: EPCOT AROUND THE WORLD

This concept honors the many ways you eliminate boundaries and bring teams closer together - even when they are apart. Inspired by Orlando's international roots, we create a diverse and rich cultural experience with a little bit of Disney imagination and innovation. Check in at the ticket counter reception bars, grab a passport, and stroll the streets of Europe, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, and North America just as if you are in Disney’s EPCOT park. Travel through different countries and cultures with themed food displays, interactive activations, and photo ops on this international adventure.

Day 2

AIRBOAT ADVENTURE

Venture to this wildlife park for an unforgettable and unique Everglades experience where guests will take a guided airboat tour and travel deep into the protected swamps, marshes, and rivers that make up Florida’s wetlands. Get an in depth look at the gators, birds, trees, and plants that can be found in our beautiful wetlands. This is natural and authentic Florida at its best! After the tour, explore the incredible Gator Park full of zebras, watusi, deer, water buffalo, emu, wild boar and monster alligators!

CELEBRATION BIKE TOUR

Learn about Celebration’s rich history and discover picturesque neighborhoods with world-class architecture, multimillion dollar mansions, parks, scenic winding trails, waterfront pathways, native wildlife and a vibrant downtown area. Originally established as a master planned town by Disney in 1994, Celebration embodies the life and times of a typical American town. Elegant and classical architecture and a laid back pace of life takes you back to a bygone era. Bike this charming community that includes a downtown main street area and a blend of townhouses, apartments and estate homes co-mingled within the same neighborhoods.

A FAVORITE RESTAURANT: PADDLEFISH

Boasting 360-degree waterfront views aboard a reimagined, modern and luxurious steamboat, the Paddlefish dining experience is unmatched in Disney Springs. Serving delectable dishes with genuine hospitality, Paddlefish has earned multiple Diners' Choice badges for good reason. Designed by Executive Chef Steve Richard, the seafood menu features a daily catch, seafood boils, King Crab, scallops and even Filet Mignon—for those who prefer a little turf with their surf.

Day 3

TEAMBUILDING: DISNEY SPRINGS SCAVENGER HUNT “GET TO THE POINT”

Attendees will be split into teams and set loose in Disney Springs to complete a series of challenges. Using a private event app, teams will receive digital clues and will have to physically “get to the point” to unlock the next clue. Teams will be challenged to take creative photos and videos, solve clues, and answer trivia all involving interesting Disney Springs landmarks. The final clue will lead all participants to one of the unique restaurants in Disney Springs to enjoy a curated dining experience and present awards to the winning team!

OFFSITE: SPLITSVILLE

Return to the “Golden Age of Bowling” at this modern venue that exudes retro-glam vibes across 2 floors. This two-story, 50,000 square-foot bowling and dining complex located in the heart of Disney Springs. Splitsville’s atmosphere is a rare combination of upscale and nostalgic feel which is the perfect place for your party with 30 luxury bowling lanes, billiards, live entertainment, and ample indoor and outdoor seating. Bring in additional interactives and games, such as a caricature artists and arcade games to experience even more fun at this exciting venue!

PASSION PROJECTS

BABY DJ

Baby DJ is devoted to creating enchanting holiday experiences for over 2,000 families in Central Florida. Collaborating closely with local churches and nonprofit organizations, they identify and support families in need and donate surplus toys to spread joy during the holiday season. Beyond holiday festivities, Baby DJ hosts backpack and school supply drives, diaper drives, and Operation Princess Project, outfitting over 400 local students for special school events like homecoming or prom.

MILES TO GO CHARITIES

Miles To Go was pioneered by a compassionate 4-year-old named Miles, who has a mission to offer support and kindness to individuals facing homelessness. Their approach involves assembling comfort kits packed with essential hygiene items such as socks, snacks, toothbrushes, deodorant, and shampoo. Miles To Go believes that distributing these kits one at a time can create meaningful human connections while providing valuable resources to those in need.

NATHANIEL'S HOPE

Nathaniel's Hope embodies the spirit of hope, inclusivity, and community by remaining a lifeline and support system for families navigating the challenges of raising special needs children. Through an array of programs and special events, they are on a mission to ensure that their VIPs (Very Important Persons) feel truly special. One of their remarkable initiatives, "Hopetown," is underway—a visionary project that will encompass businesses, housing, an agriculture center, animals, and a community center, all designed around the powerful concept of community building within the community itself.

RUNWAY TO HOPE

Runway to Hope serves as a dedicated bridge between children's hospitals, families, and pediatric cancer research in seven counties. Their pivotal role involves raising funds and awareness for pediatric cancer research while providing crucial financial support to families facing poverty. They enhance care quality and facilitate research synergies by fostering collaboration with local children's hospitals.
