BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

ETHOS Business Development are the sales machine that drive relationships and connections with clients and communities. These folks are excited to find, qualify and close business, and drive service and performance at all levels of operation. Serves as key link between sales staff and industry contacts for full-service fulfillment of DMC, event and consultation services with an emphasis on client goals and community development.

FIELD STAFF

Our Field Staff represent ETHOS onsite and are the smiles on the “front lines” of event management.  This position is essential to the operations process in the on-site execution of services we offer and works with the Operations and Administration teams for full-service fulfillment of contracted DMC, event and consultation services.  This position has flexible scheduling and is perfect for those seeking part-time work with seasonal hours.  Shifts can vary from 5 to 12 hours per day and are scheduled 6 months to 1 day in advance.

EXPERIENCE + DESIGN COORDINATOR

ETHOS Experience + Design Coordinators support the Experience + Design Managers in task work related to event design and program curation.  These team members assist with proposal and contract generation, supplier outreach and management, and content curation.  This is a great position for young professionals looking to start a career in the event management and DMC world. 

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

ETHOS Program Operations Coordinators are the behind-the-scenes guys and gals who take program execution to the next level.  These event producers help build award winning experiences through the management the operational fundamentals including manifests, program resumes, program financials, supplier communication and operational assistance.

EXPERIENCE + DESIGN INTERN

Our Interns get the best hands-on experience with a structured curriculum.  This role works together with our Experience + Design team to plan and execute our event services.  ETHOS interns support the Experience + Design Coordinators and Managers in task work related to event design and program curation.  These team members assist with proposal and contract generation, supplier outreach and management, and content curation.  This is a great position for young professionals looking to start a career in the event management and DMC world.

Our Operations Interns get the best hands-on experience with a structured curriculum.  This role works together with our Operations team to plan and execute our event services.  This position is essential to the operations process in the administrative management and on-site execution of services we offer and works with the Operations and Administration teams for full-service fulfillment of DMC, event, and consultation services. EXPERIENCE + DESIGN MANAGER

ETHOS Experience + Design Managers ae the creative hub behind program development and design. These team members support Business Development in the management and development of purposeful proposal content and contract generation, supplier outreach and management, and community engagement.  This team is responsible for the accuracy and timely submission of creative and strategic offerings in proposals and subsequent contracts of client and hotel partner services. 

OPERATIONS MANAGER

ETHOS Operations + Logistics Managers are the boots-on-the-ground guys and gals who take program execution to the next level.  These event producers help building long-lasting and trusting relationships with our clients, hotels and supplier partners through purposefully planned logistics plans and award-winning performance on-site.
