Day 1

GENERAL SESSION: JABBAWOCKEEZ

JabbaWockeez have gained worldwide recognition after winning the first season of the hit reality show America’s Best Dance Crew, this modern dance/hip hop group from San Diego, California has gone on to appear in a plethora of music videos and commercials, world tours and even performing with Shaquille O' Neal at the NBA All-Star Game.

To create a cool effect and really help the audience view the performance in a different way, the JabbaWockeez sport the same white masks and gloves with all black track suites which plays with the views perception and helps the dance moves come to life. Fun fact, their name is derived from the Lewis Carroll poem Jabberwocky"" about the eponymous mythical dragon. The Jabbawockeez are the first dance crew to headline a show in Las Vegas. The group is currently performing at the MGM Grand.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: GARY VAYNERCHUK

Gary Vaynerchuk is a multi-millionaire entrepreneur, and serves as the Chairman of VaynerX and the CEO of VaynerMedia. THEME EVENT: THE "VINTAGE VEGAS"

Vegas has some of the most recognizable icons in the world. From Elvis to the vintage casinos, there’s no place in the world like Vegas. With beautiful curves of the furniture, gold accents from the ‘50’s or the glow of the vintage signs, you will be transported back to Vegas’s heyday. Where ladies and gentlemen slipped into their most elegant attire for an exciting and memorable night on the strip.

Day 2

DESERT SUNSET TOUR

Everyone talks about the lights on the strip, but one of the most under mentioned experiences is witnessing the phenomenal sunsets around the Las Vegas Desert. From cool pastel tones to deep fiery warm tones, every evening is unique and never disappoints. The Desert Sunset tour is a picturesque easy ride from the Nevada State Railroad Museum to the Pass Turnaround and back. Experience the glorious desert sky in the cool of the evening as the sun sets behind the River Mountains. You’ll take in your surroundings through this 8 mile journey on a fleet of Explorers- fitted with the 'REX Propulsion System' - custom built electric motors and make every ride smooth and enjoyable.

Bring your own refreshments to enjoy at our rail-side picnic area surrounded by café lights.

Please allow 1.5 hours for this tour, including check-in, turnaround, and round trip railbike ride.

MEOW WOLF

Visit Omega Mart

An alternate reality! Leave what you think you know at the door and get ready to have your mind blown- Omega Mart is the newest interactive and immersive art experience from one of the leading names in experiential art, Meow Wolf. Explore an extraordinary supermarket and discover portals leading to surreal worlds full of unexpected, art-filled terrains that let your inner child come out.

This family-friendly experience is located within AREA15, an immersive art and entertainment district located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

Beauty & Essex

Is it a pawnshop or an underground experience? Mix a little lower east side grit with some Vegas glam and you get this exhilarating dining experience like nothing else around! Gracing the kitchen at Beauty & Essex is Chef Chris Santos, and the restaurant has consistently been ranked as one of the hottest restaurants on the strip under his lead. Enjoy handcrafted cocktails in our Pearl Lounge before moving into one of our two jewelry-box-themed dining rooms, where you’ll be treated to an extensive selection of shareable plates, fine wines, and the world-class service. This chic speakeasy style restaurant is sure to be a crowd favorite!

Day 3

BUGGY RENTALS

Our Famous track event Sun Buggy Fun Rentals team building track event is off road racing for the uninitiated! It’s a little MadMax, a little Raiders Of The Lost Arch and a whole lot of extreme!! The adventure takes place out on the magnificent sand dunes, where we ride on tracks designed by the very best in the biz. Our desert race cars are very capable yet easy to drive and we setup tracks that take advantage of the unique capabilities of these very special vehicles. Everyone gets involved, flagging the cars, running the timing gear, cheering for companions, and of course trying to get the best lap time. Having a natural 15,000 acre off road park to play in we can setup a variety of tracks and can also customize the game structure. From different divisions competing against each other to a bracket system with multiple tracks and everything in between.

Special buggies that aren’t like the ATV you have at home or could buy yourself down at your local off road shop, our buggies have been refined over years of rentals and although extremely capable and nimble they're also very easy to operate with just go, stop, and aim (gas pedal, brake pedal, and steering wheel) just like your automatic car. Every car has a full reinforced roll cage, a 4 point racing harness type seatbelt. You cannot fall off of a buggy like you could an ATV, and our buggies have a low center of gravity meaning that they're very stable.

THE MOB MUSEUM

Situated downtown features four meticulously curated floors with immersive exhibits and multimedia displays that provide the most intriguing information on the enduring conflict between organized crime and law enforcement.

Participants will scour the museum to discover answers to their questions about the history and ongoing battle. Who will be the first to complete the scavenger hunt? This activity is a great way to team build and throw in a little history.

LAS VEGAS RESCUE MISSION

Las Vegas Rescue Mission is a beacon of redemption, recovery, and restoration. Their mission is to serve those in need by offering food, shelter, essential daily necessities, and addiction recovery support. Through their dining hall, they serve five meals daily, seven days a week, totaling approximately 18,000 trays monthly. Notably, they are the sole shelter in Las Vegas that accommodates intact families, a group they've seen growing in numbers recently.

THREE SQUARE

Three Square thrives on community collaboration, forging partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, food distributors, higher education institutions, media outlets, and countless volunteers to combat food insecurity. As a premier food bank and the largest hunger relief organization, it has provided over 550 million pounds of food to support hundreds of thousands of individuals, establishing a renowned track record for its efficiency and impact.

PROJECT 150

Project 150 is making a daily impact, changing the lives of students and their families by providing the essential resources needed to stay in school and graduate. It extends crucial assistance to over 75 high schools, aiding disadvantaged students facing homelessness or displacement. Through services such as a clothing boutique, food pantry, meal programs, scholarships, mentorship, and leadership development, Project 150 empowers these students to build bright futures.

GOODIE TWO SHOES

The Goodie Two Shoes Foundation (GTSF) recognizes the profound impact of a simple gift: a brand-new pair of shoes. GTSF can provide footwear to approximately 450 children in need at a single school every week. With a warehouse brimming with new and stylish shoes, a 48-foot mobile shoe unit, and valued partnerships with leading shoe manufacturers, they've put an end to the days of sharing footwear, patching up shoes with duct tape, or squeezing into outgrown pairs for over 135,000 children.
