We're excited to welcome Lindsay Masterson as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across destination management, live events, event production, event furnishings, and sales strategy, Lindsay joins the ETHOS leadership team to help strengthen the client experience, support continued innovation, and guide the company's next phase of growth.

Throughout her career, Lindsay has built high-performing teams, developed scalable sales strategies, and strengthened client partnerships by connecting strategy with execution. Her experience includes leadership roles with Production Management One, AFR Event Furnishings, 360 Destination Group, and Fun Planners, giving her a unique perspective on the many moving pieces that come together to create exceptional events.

For ETHOS, this addition is about more than bringing on an experienced leader. It's about continuing to invest in a company built on thoughtful relationships, Purposeful Planning, and exceptional service. In her new role, Lindsay will lead the company's sales and marketing strategy while strengthening the connection between business development, marketing, and client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the care and intentionality that define the ETHOS brand.
