Arrival Transportation
The IRF and transfer partners, ETHOS Events Collective, Amelia Island CVB, Hilton Sandestin, and Greater Miami CVB, will provide all registered Invitational attendees with safe, comfortable transfer options between Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.
Airport shuttle service is available at no cost for qualified IRF Buyers. For IRF Partners/Suppliers shuttle tickets are available $50.00 USD one-way, or $100.00 USD roundtrip. For Buyers and Partners alike, shuttle reservations must be made in advance, by Friday, May 21, 2021. Walk-up transfer requests will not be accommodated.
The IRF will be enforcing a maximum occupancy of 50% of vehicle capacity on all shuttle vehicles. Shuttle vehicles are an extension of the onsite IRF Invitational experience, and all Health & Safety Protocols and requirements will apply – including wearing a face mask that covers both your nose and mouth and keeping your distance on-board, displaying your completed symptom tracking survey with proof of negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, and temperature checks prior to boarding.
IRF staff will be onsite at the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) to administer your health screening. In the event you are not able to pass your symptom survey or have a temperature of 100.4 °F (38 °C) or greater, you will be denied entry to the IRF group transfers. Individual accommodations will be made to get you safely escorted to the JW Marriott Marco Island where you can immediately visit our IRF Healthcare Clinic sponsored by InHouse Physicians. If you do not upload your proof of vaccination or proof of negative COVID-19 test prior to landing at RSW, you will denied entry to the IRF group transfer.

ETHOS Event Collective recommends selecting a shuttle that departs from the JW Marriott Marco Island at least 2.5 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time. Please note transfer is approximately 1 hour to RSW (48.7 miles).
