ETHOS delivered a full week of coordinated CSR experiences for multiple audiences during a tradeshow week in Las Vegas. Each activation was tailored to the tone, schedule, and goals of its host group, showing how our team designs meaningful giveback moments that work in real time for diverse stakeholders.

OBJECTIVES
- Integrate CSR across the full tradeshow week in ways that felt natural for each audience
- Provide both onsite and offsite giveback options to meet different engagement levels
- Highlight vetted nonprofit partners in Las Vegas with real community impact
- Demonstrate ETHOS expertise in designing CSR that fits any event format or schedule
- Show planners simple, meaningful activations they can envision inside their own programs

- Sunday: Pickleball for Good supporting a local nonprofit
- Smart Monday: Onsite blood drive + off-site shifts with Three Square and Clean the World Foundation
- SITE Young Leaders: Kit-packing for local youth
- SITE Nite North America: DDR dance fundraiser for a 90s-themed event
- Wednesday Planner Lunch: Simple kit-building during the hosted meal

These activities showcased how ETHOS creates CSR that is flexible, meaningful, and aligned with the rhythm of the week. We demonstrated our ability to design purpose-driven experiences that engage attendees, support local communities, and enhance the overall event narrative.
