Day 1

GENERAL SESSION ENTERTAIMENT

As guests arrive to the General Session They will be greeted with our fully mobile roving DJ unit with a sleek, classic automobile chassis, including real working headlights.

As the doors close and the meeting begins the burst of energy your guest never knew they needed will strut through the aisle taking center stage fresh off of their appearance on America’s Got Talent. Our Hip Hop Ballerinas, Hiplet , are a performance group based out of the Chicago Multi-Cultural Dance Center. Specifically designed to make Ballet accessible to all, their style of dance is a fusion between classical pointe technique, Hip-Hop, and a variety of other urban dance styles.

VAN GOGH-ALS

Inspired by one of the most recognized pieces of art in the world, we’ll immerse guests into the notable Starry Night masterpiece painted by the influential Dutch Artist, Vincent Van Gogh, with thoughtful nods to artistic expression through entertainment, catering, and décor designs.

With a myriad of special event spaces, The Art Institute of Chicago also offers an endless array of options and the Modern Wing’s sleek, elegant design acts as a blank canvas awaiting the creation of this masterpiece event.

Day 2

MORNING MINDFULNESS

This morning’s adventure begins with a stroll to the Chicago Riverwalk where guests
board a river cruise through the heart of the city.

Met with fresh green juice and a mindfulness mentor guests will enjoy a morning wellness experience with light stretching and morning meditations along the Chicago River.

Guests will start the day with true thought and intention with an experience designed to reconnect them with themselves and the world around them

BREWING + DISTILLING: THE PERFECT PAIRING

The Barrel Bus is truly one of a kind, engineered to encapsulate the entire brewing experience! This customized journey will be as thrilling as the libations we imbibe along the way. Guests will experience a variety of tastings of craft beer and/or spirits at various breweries, distilleries, and wineries through out the city of Chicago.

FRENCH FLAIR & FINE DINING

Stepping inside Coquette you are instantly transported to a pink, Parisian, Champagne-drenched dream where the liberating energy of the French New Wave meets world-class cocktails, audacious natural wines, and cooking is done exclusively on charcoal and wood by their award-winning culinary team.

The Vibrant interiors fashioned with curvaceous furnishings wrapped in soft textures and a palette of pinks and lavenders offer a distinct vision for what a modern French bistro could be.

Day 3

A RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Inspired by the highest-rated food show on cable television we’re serving up a custom Top Chef competition hosted by Chicago’s very own Top Chef, Chef Fabio Viviani.

Chef Viviani is a Celebrity Chef, Hospitality developer, best-selling cookbook author, and TV Host. Viviani has possessed a passion for food since his childhood growing up in Florence, Italy; Viviani is best known for his television debut on Bravo’s hit reality series, Top Chef

IMMACULATE AND IMMERSIVE

With 3D mapping, we take an ordinary event and turn it into an unforgettable experience. The Lighthouse is Chicago’s first experiential entertainment multi-plex, aiming to cultivate community and creativity through large-scale events and exhibitions of all art forms. As guest step inside they are immediately transported and the room becomes alive.
